APPLIED MECHANICAL CONTRIBUTES TO AUSTIN CHILDREN’S SHELTER’S NEW FACILITY.
February 28, 2008 - AUSTIN, TX – The Austin Children’s Shelter broke ground for $12.9 million facility with eight buildings. During the event, Applied Mechanical affirmed its continued support of the Shelter with a special donation to the new facility. At present the shelter has been able to care for 30 children at a time - typically 300 children each year, but many needing help must be turned away. The new facilities will more than double that capacity to as many as 78 children at a time - nearly 600 children annually.

A-M & TEL Extend Agreement
09/08/2005 AUSTIN, TX - Applied Mechanical Corporation today announced an extension to the Master Service Agreement with Tokyo Electron America, Inc. Applied Mechanical will continue to provide outsourced labor services to Tokyo Electron America through 2007 in support of TEA's North American customer base for start-up and sustaining activities.
