"I just wanted to thank you for an excellent catch last week on FLP10, when you noted that it was off and found that the fans above the card cage had failed. Production had not noticed this or alerted either of us because the tester was down for a different reason. By catching this you were able to identify and correct the problem before the tester came back up. This kept the floor from running into additional substantial delays after fixing the tester. I very much appreciate your support in helping us keep utilization at a level that sets a standard for our virtual factory. I see you contributing to this specifically with quick and effective repairs, careful coordination of repair and engineering work around production's needs, and keeping an eye out for anything that engineering or production may not have noticed yet. I also appreciate your support in keep our operational costs low . . . At least 3 repairs you've done over the last year have avoided the need to purchase expensive minimum level modules when only small parts had failed. Thanks!"
